Jersey Shore Women in Tech is an organization created to support, educate, mentor and develop a network for women in the Information Technology industry.
Our mission is to engage a wide array of women in the industry. From students to veteran developers, business analysts to digital marketers, and administrators to CEO's, we bring together all levels of experience who are eager to advance their career, grow their business, fill in their knowledge gaps, and network with like-minded people.
JSWT is focused on building a local community that will fulfill the needs of women in tech both personally and professionally. Recently named “Female Exec of the Year” and “Women Helping Women” Bronze Stevie Award winner from the American Business Association, Jenna Gaudio has made it her mission to help cultivate the innovative tech community in New Jersey. Gaudio currently serves as the VP of Product Management for the Inc. 500 Video Technology Company, Vydia, where she leads the strategy behind roadmap management, agile product development, and cross-team synchronization.
Alison Lamano is a Sr. Business Analyst and a Certified Professional Coach with an extreme passion for technology and innovation. Alison currently works as a Lead Business Analyst for DefinedLogic where she manages a team of Business Analysts and works on a client team providing requirements for new functionality and enhancements for a telecomm company’s customer support experience. Alison’s mission for this organization is to create a network of women to help grow their careers.
Brittany Jacobs is a Software Engineering Manager for the Inc. 500 company, Vydia. With over 10 years experience in Software Development and a passion for equal opportunity education, she has shared her enthusiasm for technology by teaching coding to kids throughout the area over the years. She is the recipient of the NJTC’s 2018 “Innovators to Watch” award and the American Business Association’s Bronze Stevie award for “Employee of the Year - Computer Services & Software”.
